Started playing rugby for Guisborough in the mid nineties, before work commitments moved me away from the North East in 1999. Still managed to get back most weekends from Scotland between 1999 and 2001, however have since been overseas. Played a bit of rugby for Kuwait, and the odd game for Azerbaijan Exiles, where I'm currently based. I still get back to the club whenever 'home'.
I managed to play Boxing Day and thoroughly enjoyed it (the last time I’d played before that was the previous boxing day). I’m still aching!
